Sesame Hair Oil

Sesame hair oil is nutrient for hair. Though it is hair care iitem it is more used in cooking oil. Sesame oil is a flavorful cooking oil from sesame seeds, popular in Asian & Middle Eastern cooking, used for its nutty taste as a finishing oil, in dressings, & for sautéing, with light (raw seeds) & toasted (roasted seeds for stronger flavor/color) varieties; it also offers heart-healthy fats & antioxidants for skin/hair care.  

• Light Sesame Oil (White/Plain): 

  Made from raw seeds, light in color & flavor, suitable for general cooking/sautéing. 
• Toasted Sesame Oil (Dark/Black/Asian): 

  Made from toasted seeds, dark brown, with a strong nutty aroma; used sparingly as a finishing/flavoring oil. 
Cold-Pressed Sesame Oil: 
Extracted without heat, preserving more nutrients; often used for health benefits or as a seasoning.
